Welcome to DealYouNeed! These Terms & Conditions of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DealYouNeed website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), owned and operated by [Your Company Legal Name], [Your Company Type, e.g., a company incorporated in India] ("DealYouNeed," "we," "us," or "our").

Definitions

An offer, discount, or cashback promotion for a SaaS product or service provided by a Partner.
SaaS Partner/Partner
Software as a Service (SaaS) providers and other businesses offering deals, discounts, or cashback through the Platform.
Cashback
A percentage or fixed amount of money returned to a User after purchasing a Deal through the Platform and fulfilling specified conditions.
Redemption
The act by a User of successfully claiming or utilizing a Deal through the Platform.
Used Software
Second-hand or pre-owned software licenses offered for sale or exchange between Users on the Platform.
Wallet
The virtual account on the Platform where User cashback earnings are accumulated.
Dispute
A formal complaint or disagreement raised by a User regarding a Deal, cashback, or Used Software transaction.

Eligibility
You must be at least [Age, e.g., 18] years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Account Registration and Security
Account Creation:To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Account Responsibility:You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Notification:You agree to notify DealYouNeed immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Permitted Use:You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Deals, Cashback & Redemptions
Availability:Deals are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed by Partners or DealYouNeed without prior notice.
Redemption Process:You must follow the specific redemption instructions for each Deal as provided on the Platform. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your discount or cashback.
Cashback Accrual:Cashback is typically credited to your Wallet after successful verification of your purchase by the Partner and DealYouNeed. Verification times may vary.
Cashback Payouts:Cashback accumulated in your Wallet can be withdrawn to your [e.g., linked bank account, UPI ID, PayPal] once it reaches a minimum threshold of [e.g., ₹500]. Payout schedules are [e.g., monthly, within 7 business days of request].
Accuracy of Information:You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payout details. DealYouNeed is not liable for incorrect payouts due to erroneous information provided by you.

Used Software Marketplace
Nature of Service:DealYouNeed acts solely as a platform to facilitate transactions between Users for the buying and selling of Used Software licenses. We do not own, sell, or verify the authenticity or functionality of Used Software.
Seller Responsibilities:Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, authenticity, and functionality of the software licenses they list. Sellers must accurately describe the software and its licensing terms.
Buyer Responsibilities:Buyers are responsible for verifying the software's suitability and authenticity before purchase.
Disputes:In case of disputes (e.g., software not working, license invalid), Users must first attempt to resolve the issue directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, DealYouNeed may, at its sole discretion, offer mediation services or take appropriate action as outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy for Used Software. DealYouNeed is not responsible for any losses incurred from Used Software transactions.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of DealYouNeed or its Partners and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Warranty:The Platform and all content, services, and Deals are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability:To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DealYouNeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Platform or inability to use the Platform.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DealYouNeed, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
